BOMAG Scraper Rubber Components
BOMAG scrapers, asphalt pavers, and BW series compactors use multiple rubber components beyond cab mounts — impact buffers at travel stops, drum pad elements, structural rubber blocks, and isolation pads at frame joints. These components wear with machine use and must be replaced to maintain machine performance and structural integrity.
Our BOMAG scraper parts range covers the most commonly replaced rubber elements: drum pad 354082, rubber buffer elements 3115 9150 99 and 3128303930, suspension buffer 450122, and impact absorbers 26337508 and 26363418.
When to Replace BOMAG Scraper Rubber Parts
Signs that BOMAG rubber buffer and pad components need replacement:
- Cracking or chunking: Surface cracks or pieces breaking away indicate ozone/UV degradation or fatigue failure
- Permanent set: If the rubber no longer returns to original shape after load removal, replace immediately
- Metal-to-metal contact noise: Clicking or banging at travel stops indicates buffer failure
- Increased vibration: Higher operator vibration levels may indicate drum pad or isolation element wear
